Ronnett Shadon

A recovering adult daughter herself, Ronnett blends lived experience with training in peer support and holistic healing to guide women toward emotional clarity, self-worth, and soul-level belonging. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing the mother wound is not just personal—it’s generational, communal, and revolutionary.

As a servant leader, Ronnett creates sacred spaces for Black women and women of color to reconnect with their inner voice, regulate their nervous systems, and release the emotional burdens they’ve carried for too long. She brings a rare mix of spiritual wisdom, practical tools, and radical compassion to every room she enters—whether coaching one-on-one, leading healing circles, training peer support specialists, or speaking at events.

Early in her journey, she launched Womb Stories, an intimate workshop series where women gathered to express, release, and receive. These sacred circles laid the foundation for what is now her signature 5C Framework for Holistic Healing—Compassion, Currency, Calling, Company, and Companionship—a pathway that continues to transform the lives of hundreds of women navigating the intersections of trauma, identity, and resilience.

Through Womb2Worthy, Ronnett is building a global sisterhood rooted in accountability, belonging, and emotional restoration. This work isn’t just her career—it’s her calling!
